Here at Elodie’s, we are more than a little OBSESSED with weddings! We hand select every single bloom to be ensure they are nothing but perfection and designed completely custom to ensure they are exactly as you had dreamt of for your wedding day!
Our creative director and head florist, Kerryn (me, myself and I) will walk you through the process of planning a wedding, obsessing over every detail from the how you met, to how you plan to spend the rest of your life, and all the bits in between! Countless florals have passed between my fingertips, creating the florals of dreams for so many of our beautiful past couples. Flowers don’t come as a ‘job’ for me, it’s a heart-on-fire passion and letting the creativity flow letting each flower have it’s moment is the ultimate feeling.
Working with me, you will very quickly find, I put communication first, the clearer we are in the planning process, the more confidence you will have in myself and my team on the day. If you start the floral conversation with us, you are most likely to join one of the many couples who come back to me and say, “we have received other quotes, but nothing compares to you, no one seems to understand our vision like you do”, and with that, if i’m being completely honest, I am a great listener, and I really do listen to what YOU want (not what I want), then make suggestions based on this, to bring your vision to life, with the look you desire.
When it comes to the florals for your wedding day, I will hunt high and low to find the florals of your fantasies. I’m the kind of family member and friend who will completely organise a wedding or event to “help” (just for fun..), a little OTT, with my finger on the pulse of all things happening right now and an obsession for putting together the completed look to create a whirlwind of happiness.
I take huge pride in making sure your blooms are completely custom to what you guys dream of for the big day and we also ask that our couples trust us with their vision.. and let us create the floral magic!
THE STEP BY STEP PROCESS
1.
One of the most important things to us is working with couples that we really connect with and establishing a great relationship is a really important part of this process. If you decide to enquire with us for your wedding floral and styling, after you complete the enquiry form below, with a few simple questions, we will get back to you within 24 hours to let you know if we are available and organise to book in a phone call or meeting to chat through the details.

Once you have booked in our chat, which can be held at our HQ in Camden in person, or over the phone or zoom, whatever you are most comfortable with. It’s at that first meeting that the vision really starts to come to life and where we can establish a connection to ensure that we are a good fit for each other…. we love working with couples that we really bond with and Kerryn often jokes that one of her super powers is envisioning someone’s wedding!

Within 72 hours of our meeting you will received a custom quote delivered directly to your inbox, which will be itemised so you can physically see where the money is being spent. The first quote will always be based off our conversation, with the fullness and style that we discussed for how I envisioned your florals at the time (if we need to pull back from there, then we can do). A detailed mood board will also be included to establish the vibe you are dreaming of and to make sure we are all on the same page.

From here, if you would like to make any changes to your quote, you are more than welcome! I am happy to change your quote as many times as you need to help it fit into a price point where you are comfortable. At the end of the day, it’s your wedding day and itis important that is exactly as you see fit.

Once you are comfortable and happy with the quote, you will sign our terms and conditions and a 50% deposit is required to lock in the date. Once we have received these, the date is yours and your wedding florals are all booked in!

Once the date is yours, we keep in touch via email and like to have at least one more meeting 6-8 weeks out from the day to start to finalise details and make sure everything is going to be perfect! Keep in mind that the quote can be changed once you have booked in, are are not locked in to any of the florals specifically, we totally understand that your vibe may change a little in the planning process and are more than happy to accomodate for these changes.

Along with your florals for the day, we can be your one stop shop, offering all the services you may need on the day, to bring it all to life, in one cohesive and lush manner. Why not utilize our skills, to make your life while planning just that little bit easier?
STYLING
Kerryn has a background in Interior Design and Event styling, and we have an ever growing collection of hire items within our inventory. We find very often that couples like to book someone who can do it all when it comes to styling and florals, and that is where you will find, we are your team. Even if you are after styling items that are not included in our collection, rest assured, we will source it for you. Our current collection consists of candles, candle holders, plinths, backdrops, arches, urns, vases, ceramics, table chandeliers, table lighting, stands and so, SO much more. When we jump on our initial chat, ask us about what we can offer in terms of styling that will suit your floral aesthetic.
STATIONARY
From your invitations, to your welcome sign and seating chart, place cards, signage, thank you cards and all the bits and pieces in between, our team can custom design your stationary and signage to match the aesthetic of your day, and have these printed for you, transported to the venue, and styled to perfection on the day. WRAPPING STATION
One of our absolute favourites and a MASSIVE hit with the guests at the end of the night, while we come back on site to complete a bump out, we can set up a wrapping station where we pull apart all the florals used on the night and wrap them up into little posies to hand out to your guests to take home and enjoy for days/weeks to come. We can even design custom thank you cards to be attached to the posies for you, the perfect extra little favour and a element of surprise for the guests at the end of the night before heading home.

THE IMPORTANT QUESTIONS…

We don’t offer packages, as we find they just don’t work, every couples quote is completely custom and will be itemised so you can see where the floral budget is going on each arrangement. Obviously the more flowers you would like, the higher the spend and every wedding is different. We will work with you to fit as much into your budget as possible and also make suggestions on the best way to help you get the most out of your florals

We recommend booking as soon as possible is best to ensure you secure your date, but anytime from 18 months in advance is the perfect time to enquire, and sooner for peak wedding seasons which are Jan-May & Sept-Dec. We will only commit to a few weddings per week, so that each one gets the attention it deserves.

Once you have booked in the date, you are not locked in to that specific quote. We totally understand that things change along the way and you may like something else better, and want to head in that direction, that is totally fine. We are super flexible and want the day to be exactly as you envision, so any changes, we are happy to discuss!

Once you are happy with the quote, you pay a 50% deposit to lock in the date, and there will be some terms and conditions for you to sign and get back to us. Once we receive them, you are all booked in and the date is yours!
Leading up to your wedding, we will touch base with you a couple of months out to start finalising everything and perfecting the details.
Final payment is due 2 weeks prior, to give you enough time to finalise your RSVPs and table numbers.

We will go anywhere for a good time! Camden may seem like its a long way from most things but its the perfect spot for us to be central to the Southern Highlands, Sydney CBD, Central Coast, Blue Mountains and South Coast. We also travel to the Hunter Valley, Batemans Bay, interstate and overseas, so we really will do just about anything to bring Elodie’s blooms to you!
